More than just a tidy home.

You can ask us to take care of regular home maintenance, deep or one-off cleaning, windows, balconies or loggias, or focus only on the kitchen, bathroom or another specific area.

We also organise storage, wardrobes and cupboards, sort belongings, documents and household textiles, and help with moving preparation, packing and unpacking.

We can also prepare a home for guests, a family dinner, a photoshoot, a sale, a rental or the owners’ return after an absence. You can book one specific task or combine several services in one project.

Regular home care usually includes dry and damp cleaning, dusting accessible surfaces, vacuuming, mopping floors, and caring for the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, mirrors and sanitary fittings.

By prior agreement, we can change bed linen and towels, take out the rubbish, return everyday items neatly to their places and maintain an existing storage system.

Window cleaning, cleaning inside cupboards, ovens and refrigerators, ironing, detailed sorting of belongings and storage organisation are not included automatically. These tasks are discussed and priced separately.

The most practical schedule is once or twice a week, or once every two weeks. This frequency allows us to maintain the home properly instead of beginning with a deep clean each time.

The schedule depends on the size of the home, the number of adults, children and pets, the household’s lifestyle and the agreed list of tasks.

When help is needed less often, for example once a month, it is usually treated as a one-off or more thorough cleaning service, because the amount of work grows noticeably between visits.

The price depends on the size and current condition of the space, the number of belongings, the complexity of the task, the timeframe and the required team size.

Our usual starting point is €55 per hour, per person. For larger projects, two or three of us may come. This increases the total billed hours, but allows us to complete the work much faster.

For an initial estimate, a short description, your area, photographs or a video are usually enough. For a larger project, we can arrange an introductory visit, see the space and then suggest a clear approach.

Materials, boxes, containers, flowers, textiles, removal of belongings and any other additional expenses are always agreed separately.

Depending on the task, one to three team members may come. Smaller regular home care visits are often handled by one person.

For deep cleaning, moving, unpacking or a large volume of belongings, it is usually more efficient to work as a team. This keeps the project from taking unnecessarily long.

It is not always possible to give an exact timeframe in advance, particularly when sorting personal belongings. The pace depends not only on volume, but also on how many decisions need to be made together with the owner.

Once we understand the task, we provide a realistic estimate of the time and team required.

Yes. HomeCare Atelier operates as a registered business in Germany. After the work is completed, you receive an invoice.

Before the project begins, we agree on the service format, hourly rate, approximate team size and any potential additional expenses.

We do not work for private clients under a Minijob arrangement. The collaboration is provided as a professional service and invoiced accordingly.

Not necessarily. For the first visit, it is helpful to meet, walk through the home, point out important areas and discuss your routines and boundaries.

After that, we can work while you are away, provided that access, keys or entry codes, the task list, alarm system and house rules have been agreed in advance.

When organising personal belongings, we may need your involvement more often, because all decisions about personal items remain yours.

No. You do not need to clean beforehand, hide belongings or try to make the home look more presentable. We are coming specifically to help with the space as it is.

We only recommend putting away documents, cash, jewellery, medication and other particularly personal or valuable items when they are not part of the task.

Please let us know in advance if there are pets, young children, fragile objects or surfaces requiring special care in the home.

We do not throw away, donate, sell or remove anything without your direct approval. Your personal belongings remain under your control.

We can sort items into clear categories and prepare separate groups for storage, donation, repair or a later decision.

When there is uncertainty about an item, it is placed in a separate category. We do not rush you, judge the value of memories or make emotional decisions on your behalf.

Yes. There is no need to organise the entire home or plan a large project at once. You can begin with a wardrobe, kitchen, pantry, bathroom, documents or one difficult area.

A small first stage helps you understand whether our way of working suits you, how comfortable the collaboration feels and what kind of result is possible.

After the first area is complete, you can stop there or continue gradually with the rest of the home.

We work throughout Munich and the surrounding area. Travel availability depends on the location, scope of work, project duration and number of team members required.

Long-distance travel may not be practical for small, short tasks. For larger projects, moves and several full working days, we can cover a wider area.

First, you briefly tell us what kind of help you need, where the home is located, how urgent the task is and what result you would like.

For a small, clearly defined task, photographs, a video and written communication may be enough. For regular collaboration or a larger project, meeting in person is usually best.

During the visit, we walk through the space and discuss priorities, surfaces requiring special care, house rules, pets, access and a convenient schedule.

Afterwards, we can estimate the time and team required and suggest the next step.
